La  Asociación Aikido Shogun junto con la Concejalía de Deportes de San Vicente del Raspeig y Fernando Villasanta, 5º Dan de Aikido, Director de Seguridad Privada, quiere dar a conocer este curso bajo el lema Defensa Personal Sin Violencia, destinado a todas las mujeres, independientemente de su edad o forma física.

El curso (GRATUITO) se orienta a cualquier mujer interesada, aunque no tenga ningún tipo de experiencia en las artes marciales.

Las técnicas tienen base en el Aikido, que es un arte marcial que no busca la confrontación.

Este punto la convierte en una disciplina especialmente interesante para la mujer, ya que proporcionará conocimientos para evadir sin violencia y sin enfrentamiento una situación complicada contra alguien de mayor fuerza y/o tamaño basándose no en la fuerza sino en la habilidad y la técnica.

Llevar ropa cómoda y agua.

Siempre se puede aprender, solo necesitas las ganas de aprender.
