OSHO Meditation techniques are a support for every life situation. The current global crisis is affecting all of us and it might be overwhelming. It is a good time to move our focus inward and anchor ourselves in the present moment. Meditation is a tool that help us to get out of the mind, release tensions and stay grounded to face the reality in a more peaceful and easy way.
