The most complete guided tour to know the importance of the Monastery of Sant Cugat in the history of Catalonia

Mornings become an exclusive visit that will allow you to walk practically alone through the Monastery of Sant Cugat and the Church. You will discover the history of the most powerful Monastery of the county of Barcelona and the symbology of its magnificent cloister, the most important of Europe in Romanesque sculpture. You will visit the Church and you will find yourself in its most unknown space, strolling over the apses. You will climb the bell tower and observe the Monastery from another perspective, you will see the great Octavià Square, the narrow streets of the center and an impressive panoramic view of Montserrat, Montcau and Collserola.

Duration: 1 h 30 minutes

Language: Catalan

Meeting point: at 10 am at the Tourist Office: Plaça d'Octavià, 10.

Children under 7 years free

Due to the original architecture, access to the bell tower is not enabled for people with reduced mobility. It is not a recommended visit for very young children, since they can be hurt up and down stairs.

We recommend wearing comfortable shoes.

The visit to the Church can be affected by the services that are carried out there. Due to adverse weather conditions with heavy rain and wind, access to the bell tower can be affected by security.
