Description

ELEFANTÍAQUES is Francesc Nicolás' project of natural wines, located at the foot of the 'Massif de les Gavarres', and owes its name to the poet Josep Pla who defined this mountain formation as' of ELEPHANTÍAQUES lines' for his rounded shapes.

In collaboration with Carles Xuriguera, it is a project of conscious agriculture: ecological and regenerative, where wines of minimum intervention without addition of sulfurous are elaborated, looking for the maximum expression of a terroir with as much character as the Empordà.

This is a project of modest dimensions, and this first vintage we have made around 5,000 bottles of wine among all our references.

We will taste FOUR wines, a Gray Grenache Roig Wine and three reds: a Carignan, a Sirah and a Grenache.

The price of the reservation includes a bottle of Roig Wine, valued at € 22, to take home after tasting.
